Jean has extensive executive experience in all facets of marketing communications, interactive media, advertising, public relations and brand strategy. She has led Dalmath Associates for 18 years and has helped the firm’s clients in diverse industries grow and prosper, and achieve their communication goals.

Prior to founding Dalmath Associates, Jean’s corporate executive experience includes serving for 11 years at The Genesee Hospital in Rochester, NY, where she was Vice President. She was responsible for marketing, communications, numerous operational departments (Visual Communications, Switchboard, Volunteer Services, Gift Shop, Print Department), and brand management. She developed data-driven marketing plans and key audience market research for the hospital, key programs, and service lines. She oversaw development and tracking of the marketing dashboards and performance targets. She oversaw all PR functions including serving on the emergency preparedness team and successfully managing communication for numerous crisis events. As a member of senior management, Jean served as a resource to the board and management in the development of marketing and communications strategies. She monitored the brand image and impact of competitive activities, organizational activities, media coverage and market forces.

Jean was also a key member of the team heading the merger of Rochester General and Genesee and the formation of Greater Rochester Health System (GRHS), GRIPA and the Greater Rochester Health Plan. She went on to lead corporate communications for GRHS, which later became ViaHealth.

Prior to her tenure in healthcare, Jean she was Director of Communications for Sarah Coventry, the world's largest jewelry company. She directed corporate communications for the company’s world-wide operations including national TV and print advertising, publications and public relations. She managed the work of multiple national PR and ad agencies and campaigns. She directed national media relations including press parties and celebrity endorsements. She also managed contract negotiations for national endorsements and sponsorship events including an LPGA Tournament, Miss USA and Miss Universe pageants and all related sponsorship activation programs.

Jean has served on numerous boards and committees for many professional and community organizations.
