Our firm was founded in 1996 by Gabe Dalmath, 30-year news anchor for WHEC TV (NBC), and Jean Dalmath. Today, the firm is a 100% women-owned (and NYS-certified Women Owned Business Enterprise) family business led by Jean Dalmath and Amanda Antinore.

Jean Dalmath, President
Amanda Antinore, Vice President
Jean has extensive executive experience in all facets of marketing communications, digital media, advertising, public relations, reputation management and brand strategy.
She co-founded Dalmath Associates in 1996 with her husband Gabe Dalmath, 30-year news anchor for WHEC TV in Rochester NY. Gabe passed away in 2006.
Prior to founding Dalmath Associates, Jean’s corporate executive experience included more than 13 years in healthcare senior management. She was VP for Public Affairs for The Genesee Hospital in Rochester, NY, where she served for 11 years, and was responsible for marketing, communications, brand management, and several operational departments. She developed data-driven marketing plans and audience market research, including one of the first hospital patient surveys in the nation in concert with Harris Interactive. She oversaw the development and tracking of marketing dashboards and performance targets and directed all PR functions, including serving on the emergency preparedness team. She also initially led all development/fundraising activities for the hospital and later helped establish the Genesee Hospital Foundation.
Jean was a key member of the senior management team heading the merger of Rochester General and Genesee and the formation of the Greater Rochester Health System (GRHS), GRIPA, and the Greater Rochester Health Plan with Excellus BCBS. She went on to lead corporate communications for the system, which became ViaHealth and is now Rochester Regional Health (RRH). She was later tapped to serve as interim VP of Marketing for RRH, a role she served for two years while still overseeing Dalmath Associates. After that, her firm, Dalmath Associates, provided marketing and communication services to RRH and the Foundation for more than a decade.
Prior to her tenure in healthcare, Jean was Director of Communications for Sarah Coventry, the world's largest jewelry company. She directed corporate communications for the company’s worldwide operations, including national TV and print advertising, publications, and public relations. She managed the work of multiple national PR and ad agencies and campaigns. She directed national media relations, including press parties and celebrity endorsements. She also managed contract negotiations for national endorsements and sponsorship activation, including an LPGA Tournament, Miss USA, and Miss Universe pageants.
Jean has served on numerous boards and committees for many professional and community organizations and was a Trustee of Allendale Columbia School.
Amanda began her career as a retail manager for the nationally renowned corporation, William Sonoma, and has 20 years of experience in management, consumer trends, brand management, event planning, public relations and customer service.
She led bi-weekly cooking classes and was the store’s Culinary Expert. She trained employees in customer service and assisted in hiring.
She went on to become Brand Manager for Max Rochester, a Rochester, NY restaurant and food retail group. She was responsible for marketing, media communications, print collateral, product purchasing, and merchandising.
Amanda joined Dalmath Associates in 2009 as the Director of Marketing Communications and was promoted to Vice President in 2016. She oversees public relations client services including press event planning, media releases, story pitches, copywriting, story set-ups, media relations, custom media lists and media monitoring; maintains and develops content for multiple client web sites; develops email marketing campaigns including design, programming and list management; coordinates advertising for clients including copyediting, art direction, media buy plans and traffic; directs development of client collateral including concept development, graphic design, copywriting, photography, illustration, and print production; manages and monitors social media marketing for multiple clients; and develops multimedia presentations.
Outside of her job with Dalmath Associates, Amanda was a food writer and restaurant reviewer for the Democrat and Chronicle – a Gannett publication and the region’s largest media organization – from 2012 through 2018.
