Dom Genova, owner of Genesee Valley Motors and Jim Salmon of WHAM’s “Home Repair Clinic, are launching a new one-hour talk show called the "No Nonsense Roundtable" on WHAM 1180 AM. The show will air Saturdays starting January 26 from 10-11 a.m. immediately following the popular Home Repair Clinic.

Genova and Salmon will co-host the show. Salmon has been on the air for 30 years helping thousands of listeners weekly make informed decisions about home maintenance and repair through his radio show.

"We are looking to provide an entertaining and informative forum for individuals and businesses to help people make educated decisions and purchases," said Genova. "We will cover a broad spectrum of topics and our intent is to invite guests who come from a vast variety of backgrounds.”

Each week will feature a different guest who can engage, inform and entertain listeners with relevant and timely information. The public will be able to call in with comments and questions at 585-222-1180.

"We want this to be both informative and fun," added Genova. “We'll ask our guests to tell us something we don’t know but need to know.”

The show's first guest will be Robert J. Duffy, Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce president and chief executive officer, former City of Rochester police chief, former City of Rochester mayor and former New York lieutenant governor.
