Grace Lutheran Residential Services, Inc. Becomes Part of Lifetime Assistance
Five residential homes and Community Habilitation services previously provided and operated by Grace Lutheran Residential Services, Inc. have officially become part of Lifetime Assistance Inc.

Lifetime has a staff of 1500 employees at 75 locations.
“We have maintained a strong working relationship with Lifetime Assistance Inc. for several years,” said Tom Holt, President and CEO of Lutheran. “Lifetime Assistance has helped us with nursing care, staff trainings, and leadership support among other things. Based on this as well as their size and reputation to deliver high-quality streamlined services, we concluded that it was in the best interest of the individuals served by Grace Community Services to enter into a permanent change of auspice to Lifetime Assistance.”
James Branciforte, President and CEO of Lifetime Assistance, Inc., said, “We are honored to have been chosen by Grace Lutheran Residential Services to continue their legacy of providing excellent person-centered services for people with developmental disabilities. Thank you to our team of caring professionals, dedicated to assuring a smooth and seamless transition for all. We welcome individuals, families and employees to Lifetime Assistance, Inc., the agency of choice.”
Lifetime Assistance will welcome Grace’s existing staff of 112, who have been providing residential and community services 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. The transition has been in the works since July 2019.
